Subject: TEAMDER Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting

Pursuant to article 9 of the Regulation on the Association of Social Economic Researches Association, the decisions taken by the General Assembly are as follows:
- It was decided to be invited to the meeting with the following agenda items.
- It was decided to announce the meeting call decision to the members via e-mail and to announce on the TEAMDER website.
- It was decided to set the agenda of the meeting as follows:
- It was decided to be held at ASKA LARA HOTEL KUNDU on Saturday, 28.12.2019 at 14.00.
- In the event that the majority cannot be achieved, it was decided that the second meeting will be held in ASSİM Doğu Yaka Mah.1219 Sok No: 9, B Block, 2nd floor, 218 on Saturday, 11.01.2020, at 13.00.
- It was unanimously resolved to continue the General Assembly transactions in accordance with the provisions of the “laws, regulations and regulations”.
